Refund Policy

Our Commitment

Democracy Direct offers a 30-day refund policy on all subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@democracy-direct.org with your account email within 30 days of purchase. We will process your refund promptly. Refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings page. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all Democracy Direct transactions. Paddle handles all payment-related queries and refund processing on our behalf.
